Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Steam broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
Beat the eggs and mix them into the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix until everything is well combined.
Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to form bite-sized portions and roll into balls.
Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
