– 1 lb chicken breast, cubed – 1/2 cup cornstarch – 1/4 cup flour – Oil for frying – 1 cup pineapple chunk – 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce – 2 tablespoons soy sauce – 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for heat)
Cook Time: 20 Min
Ingredients
Coat chicken in flour and cornstarch mixture.
Fry in hot oil until crispy, then drain.
In a skillet, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha.
Add pineapple chunks and simmer the sauce.
Toss the chicken in the sauce until coated.
Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
