– 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed – 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free) – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – Salt and black pepper to taste – Sauce of choice (buffalo, BBQ, etc.)

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 25 minutes, flip, then bake for another 20 minutes.
Broil for 5 additional minutes for extra crispiness.
Toss in your favorite sauce and serve immediately with dips.
