– 1 lb sliced roast beef (deli or homemade) – 4 hoagie rolls or French roll – 1 cup beef broth – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 4 slices provolone cheese – 2 tablespoons butter – 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Heat until warm.
Add the sliced roast beef to the broth to warm it gently.
Meanwhile, slice hoagie rolls and spread butter on the insides. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Toast the rolls in a hot skillet or oven until golden.
Pile warm roast beef onto the toasted rolls and top each with a slice of provolone.
Serve with a small bowl of the warm broth for dipping.
1. Optional: Add sautéed onions or horseradish sauce for extra flavor.
