– 2 salmon fillet – 2 cups broccoli floret – 2 tablespoons sesame oil – 2 tablespoons soy sauce – 1 tablespoon honey – 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger – 1 clove garlic, minced – Salt and pepper to taste – Optional: sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and garlic.
Place salmon fillets and broccoli florets on the tray.
Pour the sesame ginger sauce evenly over the salmon and broccoli.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
