– 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized piece – 1/2 cup cornstarch – 1/4 cup all-purpose flour – 1 egg, beaten – Oil for frying – 1/2 cup orange juice – 1/4 cup sugar – 2 tablespoons soy sauce – 1 tablespoon rice vinegar – 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Ingredients
1. Coat chicken pieces in flour and cornstarch mixture, then dip into beaten egg. 2.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
In a saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger.
Bring sauce to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Add fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve over rice, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
